  • I don't know which career path to follow
At this stage we do not offer a careers advisory service but we will planning something in the future

  • I don't believe it's fair someone earns a few pounds an hour
In Britain, using the London underground can cost anything upto £7 for a day even more sometimes. Renting a one bedroom flat in Aberdeen can cost from £550 a month, while in London that figure would be more than double if not triple that. There are many people in London earning a minimum wage as are people in Aberdeen, but after rent and transport is taken into account, who is richer and who has more money? Even if the person in London earned a few pounds an hour more, it would not cover the difference in rent and transport costs. Quality of life is very different for people living and Aberdeen and for people living in London.
It's far too simple too say it's unfair to pay someone a few pounds an hour, the real issue is whether it is a living wage and whether it is set at a level people would be happy to work for.

  • I am not looking for work in a particular industry; I am actually looking for work within particular job role categories.
Follow the instructions like normal when selecting which industries and then, in the comments box, fill in the actual details. We are planning on adding an additional search feature to make life easier in the future.

  • I am not a graduate. Can you still help me find work?
It does not matter what you are doing at the moment or what your background is. We can help you find work within our remit.

  • How do I cancel my subscription or change my requirements?
First you must log onto your account, click on the job you wish to alter in the job category and choose whether you want to end the contract or edit it.

  • If I reduce the amount of hours I have contracted, when does that take affect?
It will take effect within a 7 days notice period, but if you increase  your required hours  it can be done straight away or otherwise within 24 hours.
