How Do I Use Employerhunter.com?
Employerhunter.com is an online service provider, specialised in employment support and counselling, and particularly in job searching, CV and cover letter support, job applications, and tutoring services. Such employment services are provided by professional Employer Hunters, who will work as your personal Virtual Assistants (VAs). You will be able to choose the level of expertise of your Virtual Assistant and specify the exact amount of time you would like your VA to work on your assignments, whether it is searching for jobs, writing or editing your CV or cover letter, or sending out your applications to potential employers.
In order to make the most of Employerhunter.com, please read the following instructions on how to use the website.
1. Registering at Employerhunter.com
In order to use all the services offered by Employerhunter.com, you must first register at the site by clicking on "CREATE AN ACCOUNT" in the top right corner of the web page or simply by clicking the following link: http://www.employerhunter.com/register.
- Submit all the information required in the registration form.

- Read the "TERMS OF SERVICES" and check the box if you accept the terms of services. Click on the "SAVE AND CONTINUE" button in the bottom of the page.
In the next screen, you will see a note that you have to verify your email account before you can use your account at Employerhunter.com.

Please check the mailbox you specified during the registration process, find the message from Employerhunter.com, follow the confirmation link provided and click on the "CONFIRM" button on the new window. Please remember that you will not be able to use features and tools of your account until you have verified your email address.

After the email confirmation, you will have full access to your "MY ACCOUNT" profile.

2. Setting up a Payment Method
In order to be able to pay for your subscribed services, please set up your payment method. Click on the "SETUP CREDIT CARD NOW" button to proceed to setting up your payment method. In the next window enter your billing information as well as the details of the card you would like to use for paying for services, provided by Employerhunter.com.

After entering your billing details and your card details clikc on the "CONTINUE/OK" button in the bottom of the page.
3. Subscribing for services
In order to subscribe for the employment services, provided by Employerhunter.com, log into your account and go to the "MY SUBSCRIBED SERVICES" section in the left hand menu.

- Click on "SUBSCRIBE NOW" to choose services you would like to receive.

When you check the main type of services, a drop down menu will open for you to specify the exact services you would like to subscribe to.

- Select the level of experience for your Virtual Assistant.
- Select the weekly time limit for your Virtual Assistant.
- Enter the title of the project (mandatory).
- Enter your availability information (when it is the best time for us to contact you) (mandatory).
- Select DAILY or WEEKLY reports, whichever you would like to receive.
- If you would like to subscribe for services for a limited period of time – specify this in the next field (optional).
- Choose your preferred method of communication (mandatory).
- Suggest any additional services you might be interested in (optional).
- Attach a file for us, e.g. your CV or cover letter (optional).
- Enter any additional info you would like us to know (optional).
- Press the "CONFIRM" button.
The subscribed service title will now appear in the list of your subscribed services. Please bear in mind that every subscription requires approval by an Employerhunter.com administrator, who will assign your Virtual Assistant based on the requested services. When your subscription is approved, it will be gain "IN PROGRESS" status.
4. Editing your subscription
You may need to change your subscription after some period of time. For example, you may wish to add new services or increase the weekly time limit for your Virtual Assistant. In order to do this, select the necessary subscription from the "MY SUBSCRIBED SERVICES" section.

- Click on the "EDIT THIS ITEM" button in the right bottom corner of the page
- In the open window, modify your existing subscription and click on the "SAVE" button

When you need to increase the time limit, such changes will be applied immediately. However, if you need to decrease the time limit for your Virtual Assistant, such changes will be applied at the beginning of a new week.
5. Cancelling your subscribed services.
- Open the subscribed service you would like to cancel in the "MY SUBSCRIBED SERVICES" section.
- Click on the "CANCEL THIS JOB OPENING" button

- Specify the reason why you would like this service to be cancelled.
- Click "CONTINUE/OK"
The cancelled service will now gain "CANCELLED" status in the list of your subscribed services.
6. Editing account details
If you need to change the password to your account or edit your personal details, use the "MY PREFERENCES" section of the "MY ACCOUNT" tab.
7. Messaging
You may receive messages from site administration or your Virtual Assistant through the integrated messaging system. Check the "MESSAGES" section of the "MY ACCOUNT" tab regularly.

8. Reporting
During the course of your subscription, you will receive daily or weekly reports from your Virtual Assistant. All new reports will appear in the "REPORTS" section of the "MY ACCOUNT" tab.

9. Billing
At the beginning of each week you will receive an invoice for the services provided to you in the previous week. The sum of money indicated in the invoice will be charged from your card automatically on the fourth day after the invoice issue. You can track all the billing information in the "BILLING" section of the "MY ACCOUNT" tab.
