How we work

A scenario 

Some people are so busy that they don’t have time to look for new work, because they are already working... take myself, I have two jobs, and a business. I would rather have one good job and a business but I just don’t have time to look. The solution for me is to hire someone to look for work for me. As I am only earning a minimum wage, I cannot afford to pay someone to work for me who earns as much as me. I would only be able to afford it if they earned a lot less or worked a lot faster than me. 

The Solution 

The cost of living in different parts of the world varies greatly! £5.80 in Britain is a small wage; earn half that in India and you are living very well, with a better quality of life then the person on £5.80 in the UK. Therefore, if I could hire someone in, for example, India, Nepal, or anywhere where the cost of living is less, I could get them to help me find new work. I could get them to help me search for the employers or, if I want, to help with sending out CV’s, writing cover letters, etc. In this case, it would be cheaper for me to hire someone then to do it myself.

Therefore, I set up a business to help myself and others like me to find better employment, while allowing me to focus on what I do best, that is my work and my business.

Employer Hunter finds people with certain skills from around the world to help provide you with a full solution to gaining a job or career. So, we have people who can write beautiful cover letters and applications, we have people who can do simple job searches for employers, or if you are weak on a particular skill we can provide you with a tutoring service such as help with mathematical reasoning or training for interviews.  

Trust 

Our business headhunts these people from all over the world, including here in Britain, and we subject our would-be contractors with tests to make sure they are up to the work, and then on top of that we have online monitors that check their work records to see they are doing what they claim to be doing. Employer Hunter provides a job hunting service many people can benefit from, and it is unique on the market place!  

Tailoring 

Our services start from £1.85 per hour. To get help with finding a perfect job, all you do is register with our service that will verify your card details to prove you can pay the contractors you hire. Then you specify the kind of work you are looking for, writing down as much detail as you are able to. At the end you click on the services you wish to receive as a member of Employer Hunter. We will then email you to confirm we have received your details, and within 24 hours you will receive an email from our contractor asking for further details such as whether you have a CV, and also to request any other relevant background information. With this the contractors will report to you and to us, sending you work update form every day or every week depending on your instructions.  

Peace of mind 

If at any point you are suspecting that one of the contractors has not been doing their work correctly, notify us and we will seek to rectify the matter immediately.
